Our Beach Layaway PlanAn easier way to pay for your vacationIn the current economic climate, we understand the importance of budgeting for your family vacation. We want to make your entire vacation experience affordable and relaxing. Instead of paying 50% of the entire vacation cost upfront, we have implemented a new stress free plan to help you. With our Blue Budget Plan, you pay only 25% of the cost upfront and have more time to make the additional payments. Guests must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. This is only available to guests who choose the credit card option. The first payment of 25% of the total is due when making the reservation. The Second payment of 25% of total is due 30 days after making the reservation. The remainder will be due 45 days prior to arrival. A separate addendum will be sent along with the Vacation Rental Agreement to you. Please sign both and mail them back to us.
