Emerald Isle Annual Rentals
Bluewater GMAC Real Estate proudly manages 200 annual rental properties in our southern Outer Banks area. The rental rates in our area are very low compared to many areas throughout the United States. Annual rental rates range from $500 to $1,500 per month. Annual rentals are usually unfurnished and utilities are usually not included. Occasionally we do have Annual rental properties that will rent for less than one year.
Most of our annual Emerald Isle rental homes are within 20 miles of Camp Lejeune, New River Air Station or Cherry Point Marine Bases. Many Marine Corps personnel choose to share a home or condo on the beach with other service personnel, rather than to live onboard base. This is allowed, subject to approved credit applications. Military Personnel with Official Orders of Change of Duty Station are legally allowed out of their lease agreement.
