Hi! Let me introduce myself; My name is JUDI WILLIAMS and I have been a multi-million dollar top producing Real Estate Broker since 1981. Prior to 1981, I was in the field of Sales & Marketing. My New York license was with Robert Mark Realty which later merged with Weichert Realty, the largest non franchise real estate company on the East Coast. I started out as ''Sales Person of the Year'' (Interest rates were 18 - 21%!), then advanced to Broker- in- charge of a branch office located in Poughkeepsie and then regional Relocation Director in East Fishkill, NY. I certainly was involved in all aspects of Real Estate and held board positions in our local Multiple Listing Service. At this time I was also involved in the condominiumizing of existing apartment complexes, the first of its kind in Dutchess County. A real learning experience from the Attorney Generals office down to the buyer! My participation on many Homeowners Association Boards rounded out my REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE.

After many trips from New York to Florida, my husband and I relocated to the beautiful Crystal Coast. It was love at first sight!

I joined the Professional Real Estate team at Bluewater Associates in 1995 as a Real Estate Broker, servicing buyers and sellers. Since this time, I have been an Annual Multi -Million Dollar Top Producer and active in the Carteret County Board of REALTORS as Treasurer, Director and Chairman of New Member Orientation and Scholarship Committee, member of the Women's Council of Real Estate, Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, Carteret County Historical Society and Museum of History and Art and Treasurer of the Emerald Isle Business Association. Serving on the Board of Directors 2007-2009.
