Hello, my name is Kathy Perry and I am so excited to be working in the real estate market on the beautiful Crystal Coast! My husband, two children and I first came to Carteret County in 1987. Having always been an animal lover, I built and owned Crystal Coast Kennels for several years. Since my husband's job required us to move, I had to sell the business but I became a verterinary technician for both small animals and horses. Those years were very rewarding.

We repositioned ourselves to get back to eastern North Carolina for when my husband retires and I decided to take up real estate. It has been the best decision I have ever made.
