My wife and partner Dolores, and I retired to the Crystal Coast in January of 2005 from Maryland. We had owned a lot in Brandywine Bay for several years and in the summer of 2004 contracted with BluewaterGMAC Builders to build our home. Our experience with the company was such a pleasant one, that when we decided it was time to do more than fish and golf, they were the logical choice to work for and with. So real estate has become our new career.

We have owned both primary and secondary residences during our 36 years of marriage, so the real estate market is not completely foreign to us. We've both had good and bad agents in the past.

Now about me…a Marine Corp Vet, who attended University of Baltimore and majored in Business Administration with a minor in Law Enforcement. Spent eight years with the Baltimore City Police Dept. and in 1978 went into business sales. I was recruited by one of my customers to be their sales manager in Highway Construction Sales & Service. Ended my career there as Vice-President and General Manager.

I have two adult children, Lisa & Richie. Richie still lives with us…just can't seem to get rid of him. Just kidding! He's a very fine young man. Lisa & her husband Randy live in Des Moines Iowa and have blessed me with two wonderful grandchildren, Shelby and Kyle. Ask me about them and I'll talk a lot.
