I originally moved from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to Eastern North Carolina in 1980. After living in Jacksonville and Havelock for 20 years, I eventually relocated in Carteret County and have lived in the Cape Carteret area for the past 9 years. It is truly a pleasure to work in an area that the majority of our visitors save all year to vacation in for just one week.
I have been in sales for over 27 years in Jacksonville, New Bern, Havelock, Morehead City and the Atlantic Beach area. I have a vast knowledge of the area and, I pride myself on being able to help clients find the perfect area in which to locate and purchase their new home or investment property. Before becoming interested in Real Estate Sales I was a corporate Account Manager for CopyPro, Inc. and then Cingular Wireless. Working to make the most of the clients investment dollars is a goal of mine. I believe in helping customers realize that they can'' make their dreams a reality.''

I have lived in Coastal NC for the last 29 years, my two sons Peter and Ryan are Pilots in the Marines and Army, both attended The Military Academy at West Point. My association with the military helps me to be able to assist the military in finding the right property to call home. My daughter Krista graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh. My husband Sherrell Futral and I enjoy traveling and finding new areas of the country we have never seen before in our motorcoach. I enjoy spending time with my 4 year old grandson Sawyer. I also enjoy all types of outdoor sports such as softball and walking.
