Susan Goines has lived in Carteret County for 29 years and has worked in the nursing profession at Carteret General Hospital for 22 years. She lives in Cape Carteret and has two horses, one of which is an adopted Shackleford Banks (barrior island) horse. She has one daughter, Kim, who lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband, Ken. Together, they have four beautiful daughters. Susan's mother came to Carteret County to live near her several years ago and lives in the beautiful community of Bluewater Cove, in a house built by our own Bluewater Builders. Susan enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends at the beach, or with her horses in her backyard! Her daughter and family love to come to the Crystal Coast of Carteret County to "get away" from the city and enjoy the sand, surf, and seashells.
