Oceanfront

Oceanfront Homes are the closest to the ocean and offer the most beautiful, unobstructed views on the island. The perfect location for families of all ages since the walk to the ocean is just a few short steps! Sit on the deck and watch your family play in your own oceanfront backyard.

Almost Oceanfront

Almost oceanfront homes generally have excellent ocean views and easy ocean access. These homes are just one lot back from the oceanfront homes and are usually within 225’ – 300’ of the ocean! More affordable than oceanfront homes, almost oceanfront homes still give you the feel of being right there.

Oceanview

Oceanview homes all have good ocean views! (No ocean “peeks” where you stand on the side deck and hand off of the edge to get a glimpse!) Some oceanview homes are only 2 houses away from the ocean (Approximately 450’ from the ocean’s water). Oceanview homes are located on the Oceanside of Highway 58 (a two lane road) so you would not have to cross the main road to get to the ocean!

Oceanside

Oceanside homes are located on the oceanside of Highway 58 and are generally only a few blocks away from a beach access. These homes are perfect for the budget minded that thought they could not afford a vacation this year! Some Oceanside homes even have a "peek" of the ocean or sound!

Soundside *

Soundside homes are located on the sound side of Highway 58, but are still within walking distance to the beach accesses. Many soundside homes have sound or pier access, as well. Perfect for those who enjoy boating, swimming, crabbing and fishing, in addition to ocean activities. Some of these homes offer ocean views as well as sound views.

Soundfront *

Soundfront homes are perfect for those who enjoy sound activities such as boating, wake boarding, crabbing and kayaking. Most soundfront homes have private piers. If not specified, most piers accommodate shallow draft boats only. Even though located on the sound side of Highway 58, most homes are still in walking distance to the beach accesses.

Mainland Swansboro

Historic Swansboro is located just minutes from Emerald Isle. This undiscovered jewel of the coast is a treasure for all. A quaint fishing village of 1,000 residents is full of historic homes, antique shops, gourmet restaurants, waterfront park& marinas!. Walk down to the water and feed the ducks! Fish from the two public fishing docks. Dine on the waterfront overlooking the Intracoastal waterway and White Oak River.

Private Island
