This home is located in the secluded area of Emerald Isle called ''The Point." There is a covered ocean-front "Savannah" porch that overlooks the inlet & the ocean, providing easy access to watch the boats come in. This is a perfect location for fishing, surfing and sunset beach strolls. High Speed Wireless Internet for those who like to stay connected on the go.

Ground Level: Covered Parking.

Level One: A large Living Area is open to both the Dining Area and the Kitchen Area. Kitchen comes equipped with a Microwave, a Dishwasher, & an Ice Maker. House has two Covered Porches, with one located just off of the Kitchen Area. There are four Bedrooms on this level - two on each side of the main Living Area. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedrooms #2, #3, & #4 all have 2 Double Beds in each room. There are 2 Full-Baths.

Level Two: This large, open room has 2 Twin Beds, Double/Twin Bunk , and a Half-Bath. This is a great room for the kids!
