Ground Level: Parking and hot and cold shower.

Level One: Master Suite (Bedroom #1) features a King Bed and a Full Bath with a separate Garden Tub and shower. Off the Master Suite is a Private Screened Porch with wicker rockers and beautiful views of the sound and mainland. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, an adjoining Full Bath and an adjoining Oceanview Deck with Adirondack Chairs. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle. All bedrooms have TVs and either DVD Players or VCRs.

Level Two: The Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen are open, bright, and airy, with Views of both the Ocean and the Sound. From there, step out onto an Open Deck, complete with a dining table and chairs, overlooking emerald vegetation, the Walkway, the Sound, and a tiny Island designated as a Bird Sanctuary for march birds. The sunset views from here create a beautiful al fresco dining atmosphere.
