With the breathtaking Ocean Views, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator (to all levels), Game Room and Home Theater System, Avalon has everything you could possibly dream of in a vacation home! You and your family will have plenty to keep yourselves occupied during your stay in Emerald Isle!

Ground Level: Enjoy lounging by the Private Pool (which can be heated for $550/week) and Hot Tub, or relax on the Covered Deck. You can also soak up the sun from the Uncovered Dune Deck. After a day on the beach, you can clean up in the Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. The Game Room, which opens onto the Covered Deck, has a Pool Table, a Wet Bar and a Color Cable TV. Bedroom #1 contains a Double/Twin Bunk Set, a Color Cable TV and a VCR. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed. There is a Full-Bath in the Hallway.

Level One: The numerous windows across the front of this house give magnificent Ocean and Pier Views from the large, open, Living/Dining/Kitchen Area. The Living Area features a Color Cable TV, a DVD Player, a Stereo, a Wet Bar, a Fireplace and a Breakfast Table which seats four. The Dining Area has a table for 10 people. The Kitchen Area has 2 Dishwashers, 2 Ovens and a Microwave, among other major appliances. There is also a Breakfast Bar with additional seating for five. The Media Room features a 60-inch TV with Surround Sound, a VCR/DVD Player, a Stereo, a Fax Machine and High Speed Internet Access! Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath in the Hallway.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. A Full-Bath connects this Bedroom to the Hallway. Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #6 contains a King Bed, a Private Bath, a TV/VCR/DVD Player and access to a Private Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #7 features a Queen Bed and Private Bath. Bedroom #8 has a King Bed, TV, DVD Player, Private Bath with Jacuzzi Tub. There is access from this bedroom to a Private Oceanfront Deck.

#19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS:

POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk." It is a parent's or a guardian's responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis, or even death, could occur. Damage to the pool, itself, due to tenant misuse, will result in additional charges to the tenant.

HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy listed in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges to the tenant. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under the legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time.
It is imperative that everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater GMAC Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater GMAC Real Estate (252) 354-2323.
Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater GMAC Real Estate, from, and against, all liability, loss, damage, claims, or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis, or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of, or in connection with, the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub.
