Level One: Living Area has Ocean Access. Dining Area. Kitchen Area includes a Microwave (no dishwasher). Streetside Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and a Half-Bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has 2 Double Beds and a Child's Alcove.

Amenities include: Central Air and Heat, a Shared Exterior Washer/Dryer, a Microwave, an Outdoor Shower, Open & Covered Decks with 4 Rocking Chairs, Beach Chairs, a Park-Style Charcoal Grill, a Color Cable TV, a VCR, and a DVD Player.

No Smoking. Dogs Allowed (2 Max) with a $150 Non-refundable Fee per Pet!
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only. No Nightly's (from May to October). Extended/Monthly Stays Available. Linens and Towels are not included in the rental amount, but may be rented through Bluewater for $81 (beds not made) or $104 (including beds made).
