Description

The LeRoy Cottage is a 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home located on a generous size 1.5 acre lot on Bogue Sound. It has the most to offer of any location. Enjoy the quiet peace and wildlife of the sound front out on the double decker dock where the views of the sunsets are the best on the island! And the white sandy Atlantic beach is only a short walk away!

Ground Level:
The recreation room has a large bar with stools, a pool table, a piano, and a 32" HDTV. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, a TV, and a walk-out with a covered deck. The ground level has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is spacious with a Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. There are two full baths on the ground level.

Level One:
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with a center island with sink. The living and dining rooms have beautiful views of Bogue Sound. The living room has a 46" HDTV with a Blu-Ray DVD Player and surround sound. There is a two-way wood burning fireplace shared between the living and dining rooms. The dining room has seating for 8-10 people. Bedroom #4 is a spacious Master Suite with a Queen Bed, views of the sound with sliding doors to the deck, and a private bath with separate sinks and whirlpool tub. Bedroom #5 has a Double Bed. There is a second full bath on this level.

All bedrooms have plenty of closet and drawer space for you to unpack and relax!

NOTE: The dock is shared with family. The boat lift and garage are not for guest use. Fireworks and grills are not to be used on the dock.
