A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, No Elevators or Pets.

B-202 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean!)

The Living Room has ample seating for your whole family with a sofa, Queen Sleeper Sofa and wicker chair. The Living Room includes a Color Cable TV with DVD Player and Stereo for entertainment. There is also a ceiling fan in the Living Area. A covered balcony with oceanviews, palm trees and table with chairs is accessible from the Living Room and Master Bedroom.

Master Bedroom features a Queen Bed, Full Private Bath, Color Cable TV with VCR and a ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two twin beds and share a Bath and small balcony. The Dining Room has seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, hand mixer and blender.

Books, Games, Beach Chairs and Umbrella are provided for Guests to use.

2 Color Cable TVs, VCR, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Pets.
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Linens and Towels are not included in the rental amount, but may be rented through Bluewater for $98 (beds not made) or $133 (including beds made).
