Oceanfront Clubhouse which can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association, if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a gated community with parking limited to guests & owners - 2 parking passes per rental. Sorry, there are no Elevators at Pebble Beach.
C-305 Pebble Beach is bright & sunny, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, Third-Floor, Almost Oceanfront Condo, only 1 building from the ocean!
The colorful & finely-decorated Living Area has a Queen Sleep Sofa and an Oceanview Balcony, with Furniture. There is also a 42" Flat Screen TV and an electric fireplace. The Dining Area has seating for 4, with additional Bar seating for 3. There is window seating for 2 - for that perfect romantic dinner overlooking the ocean. Kitchen has a Dishwasher & Microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, full-bath, color cable TV, and a private Balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, color cable TV, and shares a Balcony & full-bath with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds and a small Balcony. There are Ceiling Fans in each bedroom. C-305 is located next to the Tennis Courts and is a short walk to the beach and pool.
