Downstairs studio apartment can be rented for an additional charge after April to make a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath rental. (Can not be rented separately.) Only accessible from the outside, features a Queen Bed, Full Bath, Small Sitting Area, Color Cable TV with DVD Player and Small Kitchen. Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove and Microwave. The apartment is cooled by a window AC unit.

Level One: Living Area. Kitchen. Oceanfront living area has good ocean views. Dining & full-equipped Kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 with Queen; Bedroom #2 with Double & Twin (in same room); Bedroom #3 with twin bunk set and additional twin (in same room).
