This home offers its own private pool, with a covered seating area that overlooks the pool. So, the mother's can watch their kids enjoying themselves at the pool under the shade or lounging by the pool. This home also offers wrap around decks where you can see stunning views of the Ocean or of the sound !

Ground Level : Foyer

Level One : Bedroom # 1 has a view of the private pool with a Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 has a view of the Atlantic Ocean with a Queen Bed. Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 share a full bath. Bedroom #3 (Master Bedroom) has a King Bed, and has access to its own private bath. Each room has its own private balcony where you can sit and get great views of the ocean and the sound! Washer and Dryer are conveniently located on Level One near bedrooms.

Level Two: On Level Two you will find Bedroom #4 (2nd Master Bedroom) with a King. Bedroom #4 has access to its own private bath.

Level Three: On Level Three you will find an open Living and Dining Area with an array of windows where you can see views of the Ocean and the Sound. Off the Kitchen there is a large deck with table and chairs where you can enjoy some great seafood while overlooking the ocean. Off of the kitchen you will also find a half bath. The Dining Room has seating for six, and also has another deck overlooking the pool. In the large living area you will see a large Plasma TV, and a wet bar for the great social gatherings talking about your great experience staying at SHELL YEAH! In the Living Room you will also find a game/poker table where the family can gather around and enjoy playing games.
