If you want a seashore vacation that will truly satisfy all your "being on the ocean" and "enjoying the sound side" expectations, look no further. B-21 at the Breakers has it all. Being literally right on the seashore not only lets you enjoy the unobstructed majestic views of the ocean, but the soothing sounds of the ocean waves breaking onto the shore as well. But on those "not so nice" or windy days, a short walk under the building puts you at the sheltered, fenced-in pool where you can relax with a good book, a relaxing nap, or a refreshing dip. If grilling out is your thing, a separate grassy area with an in-ground grill awaits your culinary skills.
Since B-21 at The Breakers is part of the beautifully developed community of Beacon's Reach, you will also have full access to the Sound Side. You will see an assortment of wildlife, beautiful lakes, and sound side piers as you walk or bike the paved, lighted trails that meander through the entire community. For your additional enjoyment, you have complete privileges to the sound side pool, new clay tennis courts, basketball court, and even a private boat launch and boat parking (as low as $10 a day by prior reservation).
Breakers B-21 is newly-renovated 08' and fashionably decorated featuring: 2 Bedrooms - Master bedroom faces ocean with outside deck, king size bed, full shower-bath, large closet, lots of drawer space, and lots of hangers. Second large bedroom has queen size and twin bed, large windows overlooking front, lots of drawer space, large closet, plenty of hangers, good lighting for reading, hall way bathroom with shower and tub.
Open Living Area has new Queen Sleep Sofa, large comfortable recliner and chair, lots of light from side opening windows (end of building), large round table in dining area, bar area with bar stools, large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Rear covered porch/deck is screened with new round glass table and chairs and 2 tall deck chairs for those late afternoon drinks and orduerves. Laundry room has separate washer and dryer.
