Ground Level: Streetside Bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bedroom #2 is oceanfront and has King bed and ocean views. (Bedrooms #1 & #2 share bath). Huge Game room with Pool Table, 36'' TV, Full Kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator & icemaker. French doors lead directly out to pool area. One Car Garage and easy access to Elevator. (Doors appropriate width for wheelchair.)

Level One: Huge open Living Area with ample seating, gas log fireplace, wet bar and ice maker. 12ft Dining Table seats 12 and extra bar seating for 4 in kitchen area. Full Kitchen with custom cabinets, 2 dishwashers, convection oven, conventional oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Granite Counter tops in kitchen and wet bar! French Doors lead from living area to deck and pool area. Covered Porch with Rocking chairs! Access to deck from dining area leading to Gas Grill area. Laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, built-in ironing station & extra refrigerator with icemaker. Powder room with half bath in hallway. Bedroom #3 is Oceanfront, Master suite with King bed, ocean views and french doors opening onto a covered porch! Private bath has ceramic tile walk-in full body massage shower with 9 shower heads. Opening to shower is wide enough for wheelchair access. Wheelchair accessible counter tops & toilet.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 is Oceanfront, Second Master Suite with a King bed, great views and private bath with Jacuzzi tub, and French doors leading out to covered porch. Bedroom #5 is Oceanfront with a King bed, private bath & French doors to porch that overlooks the pool. Den/Game room between bedrooms 4 and 5 has Sony Playstation II, 27'' Color TV and bean bag chairs. Bedroom #6 is streetside with twin bunk set and double twin bunk set. Also has private bath & views of Bogue Sound. Bedroom #7 is streetside with Queen bed & private bath. Has some ocean and sound views.

#19. POOL &/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS
POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian's responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges.
HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time.
It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool &/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool &/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater GMAC Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool &/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater GMAC Real Estate (252) 354-2323.
Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater GMAC Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool &/or Hot Tub.
