Pebble Beach Condos… Emerald Isle, NC.

Nestled on North Carolina ’s southern Outer Banks, Pebble Beach Condos are located in the small family beach of Emerald Isle . A family tradition since first built, Pebble Beach remains an enjoyable vacation at an affordable price. Pebble Beach has amassed a huge following of loyal vacationers who return every year to relive their enjoyment while staying at Pebble Beach in Emerald Isle.

Pebble Beach grounds are professionally landscaped with natural flora and fauna, including oleander, pampas grass, live oak and cedar trees. There are six (6) courtyard in-ground charcoal grills and picnic tables throughout the complex for fun family cook-outs. Nothing beats a charcoal grilled steak or hamburger, unless it’s charcoal grilled local seafood like Grouper, Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, King Mackerel, Cobia, Flounder or Shrimp.

A large L-Shaped oceanfront swimming pool (45’ X 44’) and a 9’ Kiddy Pool are nestled in the sand dunes inside Pebble Beach . There is a private oceanfront walkway that does directly to the ocean. Four outside showers and ample lounge chairs and tables are provided for your convenience.

A second pool is located in the Courtyard of Buildings F, G, H & I. This second pool is a combination of a kidney-shaped indoor heated pool (27’ X 16’) & an L-Shaped outdoor pool (25’ X 20’). This indoor heated pool makes Pebble Beach Condos extremely popular in the winter months while other Condo’s outside pools are closed. The inside pool is also perfect for families with small children or other sun-sensitive vacationers whose skin cannot stand a full week in the sun. The clubhouse housing the inside pool also offers an exercise room, sauna and bike rack.

Pebble Beach Condos are within walking distance to family theme parks like waterslides, softball & hardball baseball batting cages, ice cream shops, arcades, wine shops, quarter-mile go-kart tracks, kiddy rides, bicycle rentals and putt-putt golf. Emerald Isle Woods is a 42 acre Sound-front public nature trail also within walking distance.

Pebble Beach has 9 Three-story buildings with 228 Condos total. These condos range in size from Loft Efficiency (495 Square Foot), One Bedroom (610 Square foot), Two Bedroom (920 Square Foot on two levels) to Three Bedroom (1,142 Square foot). All condos have either screened porch, a covered deck or an open deck facing either the ocean or one of the pools.

The complex has a security gate for privacy and safety.

Homeowners and Renters are issued the appropriate number gate cards, parking passes and amenity passes according to their condo’s size.
